I registered as a new patient by phone today and had my first appointment an hour later. It was noticeable how quiet and calm the centre was. I was greeted by Mrs. Ann Harrison who sorted out all the paperwork and then I saw Dr. Vivek Chadha who has to be one of the calmest, most softly spoken and personable dentists I have ever met. He listened to all my questions (and answered them), did an exam and took x-rays and a CT scan and we worked out a treatment plan. I am thoroughly impressed. 10/10.

I have been with this practice for 50 years and am impressed with the transition to Vivek and his team. All the staff are friendly and reassuring, especially important to me as a total 'wuss' with regards to dental treatment. The recent extraction of a broken and infected molar by Mr Gallagher, the maxillo-facial surgeon that Vivek works with, went as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Implant next!

Everyone at the practice provides the best clinical advice and care with a genuine and authentic approach to relationship building. I'm not the easiest patient being anxious and sensitive to pain. So far I've had two teeth removed and the first stage of implant surgery. Both procedures carried out with careful attention to detail and high levels of patient care. The hygienist Jess is also very thorough and caring. All of the dental nurses show the same attention to care. Highly recommended.
