Excellent care from start to finish. Vivek is an exceptional dentist, and the reception team are always so friendly and welcoming. The practice is modern and inviting, with a team who truly go out of their way to put you at ease. Emma and her nurse Nessy were professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout my treatment. I am writing this review having recently supported my son through a series of appointments, and having witnessed the delivery of his treatment. So this review is from both of us.Vivek and his team are highly professional in their approach to delivery of care and to patient engagement. They ensured a warm and calming atmosphere which meant patient experience was excellent. The plan of care was definitely patient centred, ensuring the procedure and outcome was in the best interest of the patient. I highly recommend this dental practice who provide a high quality service. So glad to have found them and grateful for their help.

I registered as a new patient by phone today and had my first appointment an hour later. It was noticeable how quiet and calm the centre was. I was greeted by Mrs. Ann Harrison who sorted out all the paperwork and then I saw Dr. Vivek Chadha who has to be one of the calmest, most softly spoken and personable dentists I have ever met. He listened to all my questions (and answered them), did an exam and took x-rays and a CT scan and we worked out a treatment plan. I am thoroughly impressed. 10/10.

We were with the previous practice for many years and we automatically decided to transfer to Droitwich Spa Dental Aesthetics. We are very pleased with our choice as the Staff here are friendly, kind and helpful so there is quite a happy and calming atmosphere in the surgery, just what is required when going to the Dentist. I have been with this practice for 50 years and am impressed with the transition to Vivek and his team. All the staff are friendly and reassuring, especially important to me as a total 'wuss' with regards to dental treatment. The recent extraction of a broken and infected molar by Mr Gallagher, the maxillo-facial surgeon that Vivek works with, went as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Implant next!

I needed an emergency tooth extraction that could not be performed at my own surgery. My daughter said she would ask her dentist to see if they could get me in which they did, that day, the service and reassurance was so much better than that I’m used too, so much, that I have registered with this practice to perform all my dentistry going forward..

My family and I have been at this practice for over 20 years. I was apprehensive when Peter retired but Vivek and the team are superb. My 2nd visit to this practice the staff are all lovely and make you feel welcome and relaxed. The hygienist was wonderful, I was a bit anxious and she took the time to explain everything including breaks when it got too much for me. Going to the dentist isn’t necessarily the highlight of my day but the way you are treated makes it a much more pleasurable experience, thank you.

As a new patient, I have to say my “onboarding” experience was above expectations. I had a great assessment performed by Dr Vivek Chadha, who was careful, polite and offered me advice that put my best interests first. My recent follow up with hygienist Sinead O’Neill was also informative, friendly and effective. I’m never normally sure about dental matters, but I have felt involved in the experience at a level I was able to comprehend!Well done!

Everyone at the practice provides the best clinical advice and care with a genuine and authentic approach to relationship building. I'm not the easiest patient being anxious and sensitive to pain. So far I've had two teeth removed and the first stage of implant surgery. Both procedures carried out with careful attention to detail and high levels of patient care. The hygienist Jess is also very thorough and caring. All of the dental nurses show the same attention to care. Highly recommended.

Having an implant and to date al treatment is above expectations. Even the extraction which preceded the implant was so quick I was amazed.Now the crown has been fitted on time and on budget I am happy to add to my review - a painless experience, very friendly staff and I'm just getting used to be able to chew in both sides. A bit of light bruising but that's to be expected. I can highly recommend Vivek and his team

I have a series of appointments ahead of me and I’m being so well looked after by Vivek and his wonderful team. I’m having to be ‘super brave’ as generally I don’t find the whole dental experience an easy one /:PLUS, I’ve now met Jess, the hygienist, for the first time too and liking her ‘gentle dentistry’ and genuinely caring manner.Thanking you all, so far …Oh and I’m now the proud owner of an electric toothbrush!
